We always knew that schools delivering our qualifications and awards valued them, but an independently conducted piece of research has overwhelmingly confirmed it.
98% of teachers asked said it increased communication skills, 98% said it improved students ability to lead others and 96% said that students learnt valuable team-working skills.
Add this to feedback that we have received such as “good product”, “easy to work with”, built for today’s schools”, and “excellent relationship management” and you have a complete package that makes our leadership qualifications ideal and easy-to-introduce to your school.
Our package of sports leadership qualifications are our most popular products and use sport as a platform to develop leadership skills.
Our specially developed frameworks equip young people with the knowledge and ability to create and lead activity sessions. By building confidence over a number of sessions, students gain the skills that allow them to instigate peer to peer learning and the tremendous sense of achievement and self-pride of ‘teaching’ someone something new.

The qualification is fun and challenging and culminates with students leading a session to their peers. Our specially designed worksheets and resources will help students to learn invaluable leadership skills, improve personal & academic confidence and prepare for engaging in peer-to-peer learning.

Dance is one the most popular physical activities for teenagers in the country and is also a fantastic way for them to develop and hone vital leadership skills.
Whilst suitable for all students, our Dance Leadership Qualification is particularly popular amongst girls. According to the British Heart Foundation, less than 7% of teenage girls get the recommended amount of physical activity each week – by delivering a dance leadership qualification, you can target disengaged students and help them to become more physically active, healthier and more confident. Once engaged, your Dance Leaders can act as positive role models and advocates for leadership in order to further engage their peers and youngers students.
Please note, these qualifications can be delivered from the 1st September 2017.
Our range of new & improved Lowland Walk & Expedition Leadership Qualifications now come with the same great benefits of outdoor leadership, but now with significantly reduced tutor delivery time, paperwork and easy to use Delegate Evidence Records.
The qualifications prepare delegates to assist and lead in lowland walks and overnight expeditions whilst helping to raise awareness of our environment and promoting physical health & well-being.
